The Part-Time Recruiter will play an important role in attracting talent to the organization and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.

If you have experience recruiting in any industry, especially health care, this is for you! Recruiting experience and the ability to work independently is a must. Flexibility to contact candidates during evening and/or weekend hours is preferred. Asbury will provide you with a laptop and the appropriate systems to support your work.

This role is supported by a strong centralized recruiting team of collaborative individuals invested in each other’s success and that of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Talent Acquisition team by reviewing and screening candidates according to organization guidelines via video or phone.

• Route candidates appropriately, and in some cases, schedule them for follow up interviews.

• Source candidates for specific roles as directed and send qualified candidates to the Talent Acquisition team for review.

• Communicate and showcase Asbury’s culture, mission, and work environment to prospective candidates.

Requirements:

• Previous recruiting experience a must
• Exceptional communication, organizational skills, and passion for finding top talent
• Experience with professional sourcing sites (Indeed and LinkedIn)
• Hands on experience with sourcing techniques (recruiting via social media platforms and crafting Boolean search strings)
• Ability to reflect professionalism and represent Asbury in a positive manner
• Healthcare experience is desired
