We are passionate about attracting, assessing, and selecting the right talent for Asahi Beverages. You will partner with our Carlton & United Breweries (CUB) Commercial team where you will proactively develop sourcing and attraction plans for top talent. You will be responsible for the end-to-end talent acquisition lifecycle and be involved in working with our broader HR team to roll out various exciting strategic initiatives and projects.

Other key responsibilities include

• Deliver quality, efficient, and effective recruitment services in line with agreed service levels and internal customer expectations
• Support Hiring Leaders to define requirements and determine most effective sourcing strategies
• Maintain your position as the main point of contact for candidates from offer to onboarding
• Effective management and maintenance of recruitment documentation and employment contract offers
• Develop recruitment strategies specific to each role
• Proactively design, plan, attract, source, and maintain a pipeline of exceptional candidates to meet our variable business needs

About you

This is a high-volume fast-paced environment where you’ll be responsible for managing approximately 25 positions at a time, so you’ll need to be a sourcing and pipeline guru up for the challenge. Additionally, you will have the chance to participate in and lead many exciting new initiatives and projects that will further shape our TA function.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

• A Bachelor’s degree in a commercial, business, HR or related discipline
• Strong track record and proven end to end recruitment experience within an RPO or internal recruitment model
• Demonstrated experience as a trusted business partner with the ability to manage approximately 25 positions at any given time is important
• Solid experience in developing strategic sourcing solutions, including the use of various social media channels, LinkedIn Recruiter and building proactive talent pipelines is essential
• Strong relationship management and strategic partnering skills
• Ability to operate effectively in times of significant change
