ASA Hiring for Scrum Master(Banking) at New York, NY Full Time

Need to hire a scrum master to manage several software development teams. Scrum Masters who are also proficient writing code in SQL and or other languages are highly sought after. Previous experience working in Investment Banking and Capital Markets is required.

Basic functions of scrum master: Sprint planning, daily scrums, grooming of backlog, retrospectives, managing burn downs, etc.

Maintain RAID log for teams under management

Work with project team to convey status s

Familiar with common development practices and the SDLC

Ability to multitask several ongoing issues. This involves the ability to assess priority and make appropriate decisions quickly and effectively.

Superior written and verbal communication skills are required

Effective presentation skills

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $90.00 – $92.00 per hour

Schedule:

Experience:

• Investment banking: 3 years (Preferred)
• capital market: 3 years (Preferred)
