The Manager of Key Accounts will have overall P&L responsibility for a set of Top Arvato Customers. He/she will ensure consistent and best-in-class customer services through effective planning, management and stakeholder collaboration. He/she will also monitor and review service level and quality adherence as well as continuously drive the development and growth of the accounts. This includes RFQs related to the existing client base and also the onboarding of additional business streams within the unit. The Senior Manager will be direct line management for account managers assigned to the business unit.
