As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will work together with Arup’s business leaders to identify and source exceptional talent across the Australasia region. What will I do?
- Engage with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand current and future recruiting needs and build a diverse talent pipeline.
- Actively headhunt and recruit talent within the Australian Market (and internationally where appropriate).
- Provide support, advice and guidance to hiring managers to ensure effective hiring decisions and ensure approaches to consider diverse candidates.
- Manage candidate experience and deal with internal and external queries in relation to student and graduate recruitment.
- Produce reports and extract, integrate and manipulate talent data from systems.
What will I bring?
- 4+ years recruitment experience with a focus on sourcing and building talent pipelines within engineering and design
- Proven track record of handling complex roles with niche skills in a geographically diverse setting.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn recruiter and Talent insights.
- Ability to build relationships quickly both face to face and over the phone.
- Proven ability to work within fast-paced, agile environments whilst maintaining a strong client focus
