Arts and Rec LLC is a fast growing privately owned & funded learning center for individuals with special needs. Our desired goals are health and well- being giving participants the best quality of life. We achieve this goal through activities at our center which include painting, drums, photography, cooking, multimedia, Disney animation and fitness.

We are looking to expand our team! You must love working with individuals with specials needs. We have created a space where they can learn, be enriched and engaged by using expressive arts to be creative and express themselves. Participants not only reach artistic goals through our program but social skills, communication skills, sequencing, fine motor and behavioral goals.

Must be a Certified Recreational Therapy Specialist or have a Special Education Degree/ Teaching Degree?

• 1-3 years of experience
• Great communication and organization skills
• Experience with working with participants with behavior difficulties
• Must be flexible to go different directions within our center to meet demands

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 per year
