Arthritis Knee Pain Centers Hiring for Scheduler at Remote Full Time

Arthritis Knee Pain Centers is a leading provider of non-surgical treatments for osteoarthritis of the knee. We specialize in viscosupplementation injections, genicular artery embolization, supportive offloader bracing, and hand-picked supplements. We have locations across the country and we are expanding rapidly.

As a remote scheduler, you will be responsible for:

• Scheduling appointments for new and existing patients using our online booking system
• Confirming appointments and sending reminders via phone, email, or text
• Answering incoming calls and inquiries from potential and current patients
• Providing information about our services, locations, and insurance coverage
• Coordinating with our clinical staff and billing department to ensure a smooth patient experience
• Maintaining accurate and updated records of patient information and preferences
• Following up with patients after their appointments to obtain feedback and referrals

To be successful in this role, you will need:
A high school diploma or equivalent
At least one year of experience in customer service, scheduling, or administration
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
Familiarity with medical terminology and HIPAA regulations
A reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment
A friendly, professional, and empathetic demeanor
A strong work ethic and attention to detail
A flexible schedule and availability to work some evenings and weekends

Pay: $238.99 – $367.38 per day
