Artemis Human Capital are partnered with one of Northern Ireland’s leading employers on their search to develop their Software Engineering team in Derry~Londonderry.

As a software engineer, you’ll be tasked with a ranging set of exciting in-house cloud based projects using modern tech languages such as Java, Angular, Spring, supported by cutting edge tools like JIRA and GITLab. You’ll be joining an organisation that nurtures talent and has a heavy emphasis on Learning & Development.

The work:

• Responsible for the design, development and maintenance of custom solutions.
• Providing a technical resource for the development and maintenance projects.
• Designing and delivering solutions in line with the defined architecture.
• Ensuring solutions are scalable and maintain high availability.
• Occasional interaction with customers.

The person:

• At least 2 years experience as a Software Developer.
• Experience of SQL.
• Understands various testing methods.
• Fully conversant with the whole SDLC.
• Customer facing skills.
• JAVA experience would be a plus.
