Position Title : TA Specialist III

Length of Contract : (confirm start and end date) 6 months initially, extensions probable
Location / Site : Lake County, IL; Irvine California; or other Onsite Locations. Remote is OK for the right candidate.
Max Bill Rate or Manager Requested : TA Specialist
This role will support Corporate Staff Functions. Depending on the candidate’s skill set, this could be supporting Finance, Strategy, Legal or HR.

Years of experience / education and / or certifications required :
BS degree (open to discipline) or 5 plus years equivalent experience

This role will focus on sourcing key talent for the organization for current needs and proactive recruitment. Ideally, you will have a background in full cycle recruitment for a Fortune corporation or a company with over 10,000 employees.
In addition, you are a master at sourcing techniques, diversity recruitment, and creatively unearthing hard-to-find candidates beyond LinkedIn.
Most importantly, you are an Advisor to hiring team and key stakeholders as well as internal partners in a consultative way.
Additional responsibilities include :
Conduct full cycle recruitment and develop sourcing strategies for assigned client groups.
Pro-actively develops a diverse pipeline of qualified candidates covering high priority functional areas.
Pre-screening candidates for prospecting, active positions, and pipelining.
Responsible for recruiting metrics and ing those metrics on weekly / bi-weekly basis.
Compiling and communicating the knowledge base, industry overviews, market trends, co. profiles, and other competitive intelligence.
Basic Qualifications :
Prefer a bachelor s degree plus a minimum 5-years professional recruitment with the ability to source their own candidates from sources such as LinkedIn
Experienced professional with demonstrated success in the art of candidate engagement, data mining and state of the art sourcing methodology and strategies.
Experience in utilizing internet searching techniques to develop talent map / name generation.
Strong experience in successful screening, initial contact, prescreening, interviewing, both in-depth phone and face-to-face.
Team player, flexible, high integrity, strong negotiating / influencing skills.
Demonstrates a consistent track record of delivering results, often in the face of challenges or obstacles.
Shows an entrepreneurial spirit and an appropriate level of pro-activeness to drive performance.
