What you will do

Provide support to the General Manager and Human Resource Manager in handling human resources related activities as needed.

Coordinate new hire orientation and training sessions for new employees.

Organize Hotel monthly Associate Luncheons.

Maintain proper records of employee annual reviews/disciplinary document/health documents/associate house rules etc.

Maintain proper records of employee parking pass records, update them monthly.

Maintain proper records of tracking Shaner Comp night benefit records.

Performs general administrative functions including but not limited to maintaining employee files, document retention, generation, completing logs and checklists, processing required forms and worksheets, and maintaining HR data, forms, and documents.

Collect guest feedback data on a daily basis and distribute to quality team (GSS,QUORE,HOTSOS,T/A)

Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour
