Art Gallery Administrative Office Hiring for Bookkeeper Job at Englewood, CO Full Time

We provide outsourced chief financial officer services, family office for wealthy families, tax, and merger and acquisition services. We are looking for a bookkeeper to work with our accounting team with multiple clients in a very dynamic firm with a strong reputation in the community.

Responsibilities

• Handle all accounts payable functions including invoice entry, coding, running aging reports and processing payments
• Handle all accounts receivable functions including billing management
• Reconcile bank accounts
• Assist with closing the books and reconciling balance sheet accounts
• Document management

Skills

• At least 5 years bookkeeping experience
• Good knowledge of QuickBooks
• Proficient in Microsoft products including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable/receivable principles
• Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
• Good multi tasking Skills
• Degree in Accounting or Business a plus
• Good computer skills
• Preparing checks, sending payments, using electronic filing system to file invoices
• Ability to import transactions into QuickBooks from other software, credit cards, and bank accounts
• Ability to enter credit memos in QuickBooks for customers
• Reconcile credit card accounts, batching credit cards from credit card website
• Familiar and comfortable using QuickBooks classes
• Ability to post payroll including all related expense and liability accounts and accrued payroll

Candidates will be tested in accounting knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
