Arsenault Dermatology – Glow Dermspa Hiring for Social Media Coordinator and Content Creator Full Time

The Social Media Coordinator & Content Creator will support the Glow Dermspa team through social media strategy, content creation, and engagement. You will be responsible for maintaining and engaging with our audiences and growing our visibility across social media.

Qualifications:

• Expert at all social media platforms
• An aesthetic eye and graphic design skills – Able To Follow Brand Guidelines And Spot Winning Visuals
• 1 Year Social Media/Digital Marketing Experience – able to provide a body of work and proven Social Media Growth Metrics
• Photography and videography skills with the ability to produce high-quality content
• Outstanding Written & Verbal Communications Skills
• Excellent Grammar and Editing Abilities
• Attentive to detail, accurate, thorough
• Organized, task-oriented, timely with projects, and able to meet deadlines
• Ability to multitask and handle many projects at once
• Experience with social media ad spending and boosting post optimization

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with the Spa Director to ensure a cohesive social media identity
• Build and maintain a presence on all Social Media Platforms. (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.)
• Develop innovative and creative and engaging media content across all Social Media Platforms
• Daily story posting
• Multiple weekly posts/reels
• Establish a company voice to shape consumer perception of brand and value propositions
• Connect with people, responding to direct messages, comments and questions.
• Research and stay current with content trends
• Leverage the use of influencers for social media marketing
• Tracking and ing on Key Metrics Across Social Media Channels to Maximize Growth Opportunities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 – $19.00 per hour
