ARS/Rescue Rooter Hiring for Customer Service Representative (Remote) at Wood Dale, IL Full Time

ARS Rescue Rooter is seeking a few INCREDIBLE people to join our Call Center Team that is known to set the standard for Customer Support and Quality Assurance.

***THIS IS A REMOTE ROLE BUT YOU MUST BE COMFORTABLE COMMUTING TO OUR ITASCA, IL BRANCH FOR THE INTERVIEW, ONBOARDING, TRAINING AND POTENTIALLY FOR MEETINGS IN THE FUTURE. MUST BE LOCAL***

This friendly professional will answer customer calls remotely, schedule customer service appointments, and enter data into a computer system. In this role you will take care of our customers’ needs by taking incoming calls and making outbound calls regarding appointment scheduling for maintenance agreements.

Multiple Shifts Available! Our Call Center is open 24 hours, seven days a week.
