Responsibilities:
Lead kitchen operations to ensure excellent execution of menu items and service.
Responsibilities include:
- Training and managing kitchen staff
- Ordering food and necessary beverage items
- Monitor and maintain kitchen cleanliness and food safety standards
- Work with team to ensure exceptional overall guest experience
Kitchen hours of operation:
- Summer 6:30am-9pm
- Winter 11am-9pm
- Spring/Fall: 4pm-9pm
- Hours may vary based on traffic.
Compensation:
Negotiable, Competitive with experience
