Shift: Mon – Fri from 8 am – 5 pm

Shift/Pay: $35/hr pay out weekly

Position is 100% REMOTE.
Tasks:

• Position to support North American (NAM) implementation of

o A/P Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) & Readsoft on our current SAP environment – Accounts Payable Supporto A/P Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) – on S4Hana – Accounts Payable Support As Global support will be required, hours will vary based on implementation timeline

• Requires flexibility to accommodate as the hours are not defined but will fluctuate with the needs of the project

Main responsibilities:

• Participates in all phases of project rollouts per global timeline for NAM, supporting Accounts Payable/VIM/Readsoft topics for NAM
• Provides active inputs and provide support to the Transition Manager at NAM / Head of Accounting at NAM to collect and define local requirements for Accounts Payable
• Ensures consistency in rollouts for Accounts Payable/VIM/Readsoft (AP systems) topics
• Gains knowledge of prior issues/lessons learned to improve / regulate future system rollouts
• Gets trained by Process Experts SMEs at HQ/Global on the AP systems and then subsequently trains the approvers downstream (at the business)
• Facilitates the collection of local structural data for Accounts Payable
• Maintains a log of status for each invoice, in case of failure of transition for any of the above systems.
• Supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT): drive and monitor testing approach for Accounts Payable (sequence/collaboration with S2C, C2C tests) by directing testers and Key Users
• Supports data migration, ensuring proper data cleansing and migration strategy in line with expectations
• Provides real time answers to Accounts Payable questions during all project phases, relay questions to Process Experts as necessary
• Directs the key user and Business to appropriate trainings in new S4Hana system and related process changes / liaise with Process Experts to support change management
• Supports hyper-care phase after Go-Lives where necessary on Accounts Payable topics
• Supports ad-hoc projects when necessary

Required education, qualifications / experience:

• Bachelors degree with 5-6 years in accounting positions, to include advanced Accounts Payable experience SAP or large ERP system experience
• Solid problem-solving competence
• Interpersonal skills, teamwork, facilitation and persuasion in a cultural diverse environment
• Ability to collaborate cross functionally / globally with many different stakeholders
• Excellent organization and time management, to manage multiple priorities effectively

Preferred qualifications / experience:

• Hands on SAP VIM, Readsoft experience
• Experience with ERP system implementation OCR / Abbyy / AP automation experience
• Experience in SAP ARIBA
• Experience in a shared service center
