Job Description:

Denver is the focus of our Accounting/Finance teams and the center of our global, corporate reporting activity. The IT SOX Manager is a global role, responsible for the planning and execution of the IT SOX program. You will lead a team of IT SOX professionals and work closely with IT and business stakeholders. You will have responsibility for coordination with external auditors and internal SOX teams to execute the ITGC and IT application control testing.

**Up to 20% travel expected** (Global)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Manage a team of IT SOX professionals to complete the planning, execution, documentation, and communication of all ITGC and IT application control testing related to SOX compliance
• Review working papers to ensure the work performed supports conclusions drawn and documented in a clear and concise manner
• Coordinate with external auditors and internal SOX group
• Be accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function
• Provide technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers
• Address issues with impact beyond own team based on knowledge of related disciplines

What We Need

• Typically requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience with a 4 year degree; or 8 years and an advanced degree; or equivalent experience
• Typically requires a 5- 10 years of related IT Audit and SOX experience
• Experience with Big 4 firm highly preferred
• Significant experience in area of technical accounting, business process, IT or auditing practices
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Managerial experience, preferably with a Global Team
• Strong ability to deal with changing priorities and adaptability

Annual Hiring Range/Hourly Rate:

$148,500.00 – $181,500.00

Actual compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, and/or skill level. The pay ratio between base pay and target incentive (if applicable) will be finalized at offer.
