Position: Lead Talent Consultant

Location: Honolulu, HI

Experience: 5+ years of experience in full life cycle Recruiting, Human Resources and/or Sourcing and at least 1 year of experience recruiting for DoD/cleared positions

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required

Type: Full-time, Permanent (Direct Hire)

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday to Friday (to be confirmed at time of interview)

Compensation: Up to $75,000 annually

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a driven Lead Talent Consultant who is trained and skilled in federal / technical recruiting to join our team!

Our customized workforce solutions are Powered by Array, who provides a tech-enabled platform that allows us to source, assess, train, and deploy labor against our customers’ needs.

Job Description:

• Sourcing to fill executive and other highly technical positions
• Conducting thorough and detailed candidate screening, vetting, interviewing, and onboarding
• Maintaining communications with candidates and providing timely updates
• Providing timely documentation of all recruiting actions
• Conducting research and ing on recruiting trends and technology
• Continually stay updated and knowledgeable in all Federal, HR Laws, policies, and regulations
• Receiving and creating new job orders received from our clients into our internal database and enter all relevant information accurately
• Turning in weekly/monthly activity s to management and update on status of all orders
• Mentoring, training, and providing feedback to employees to ensure a successful placement with our clients

Job Requirements:

• Must have a proven track record in talent acquisition across a broad spectrum of functional skill sets both technical and non-technical to provide full-scale recruiting efforts for contract and direct hire placements
• Must have training and/or experience navigating the full life cycle of recruiting relative to compliance with OFCCP, EEO, and other State and Federal employment laws
• Must demonstrate a strong customer focus, team orientation, and technical proficiency including but not limited to Microsoft Office Suite and social media
• Must be detail-oriented, have a strong sense of urgency, strong interpersonal communications (verbal and written), and excellent follow-through skills and time management in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work with others in a respectful manner and follow the company culture values, including mission statement, vision statement, and core values.
• Must be able to pass government background check
