Role Purpose

To greet guests and create an intentional & safe environment of pleasant, professional, and prompt resident and guest experience.

Job Description

· Greet customers & guests in a professional and friendly manner

• · Comply with the Standard Operating Procedures

· Handle customer complaints with empathy, diffusing tension and finding quick and effective solutions

· Operate technology systems

• · Receive, store, or deliver luggage or mail according to local standard

· Stand for long periods of time without sitting

· Lift and move objects using your body without the aid of machinery

· Make recommendations for restaurants and entertainment based on a detailed understanding of the neighborhood

· Make reservations

• · Book entertainment

Position Requirements

• Education: No educational requirement

Experience: Candidates with prior working experience in concierge and/or the hospitality industry is strongly preferred

· Must be able to complete daily responsibilities with little to no assistance

• · Ability to work in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude

· Must be independent, with the ability to problem solve

· Excellent interpersonal skills, which include, written, verbal and listening

• · Punctual attendance; Dependable

· Organized, detail, and task oriented.

Type: Full-Time

Pay Rate: Starting at $16.00/hour

Schedule: Various; schedule will be discussed during interview
