Reporting to the Director, People, the Head of Talent Acquisition is a key member of the senior leadership team and in a highly visible role in the business. You’ll lead from the front and have a hands-on approach to delivering an exceptional candidate/hiring manager experience at ARQ during an exciting time of growth.

You get to

    • Work directly with the business leadership team on their workforce planning strategy, identify talent gaps, succession planning needs and execute a strategy on how to pipeline talent to meet current and future needs
    • Lead the talent acquisition for a national capability, truly partnering with leaders to find the right people for ARQ
    • Coach and mentor our driven and motivated TA team in best practices and establish the cornerstones for high performance and continuous improvement
    • Build effective hiring analytics and reporting allowing transparency across the business on TA activity and create meaningful insights
    • Refine our talent hiring process to ensure a smooth experience for talent and managers
    • Help with defining roles, including designing compelling talent collateral
    • Work on and help deliver a range of internal projects like Diversity and Inclusion at ARQ
    • Get to work closely with the Marketing Team to develop and drive initiatives around our EVP and brand, including social media campaigns, awards and events that help share what makes ARQ Group a great place to work

Are you

    • Passionate about people, team and experience
    • A seasoned recruiter with end-to-end recruitment experience either through agency, RPO or internal Talent Acquisition
    • Minimum five years experience in Talent Acquisition, within a high growth/tech industry.
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic environment with competing priorities
    • Experience recruiting a range of positions (operations, engineering, tech roles)
    • Experienced with using recruitment performance metrics and data
