Your Day to Day

The Account Coordinator will be responsible for managing relationships with our existing customers, communicating effectively via phone and email, and finding opportunities to upsell our products and services. The Account Coordinator will be the face and voice of our brand to customers after a sale has been made and will be responsible for retaining customers and deescalating issues as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make calls and build relationships with customers, in order to understand their needs and provide them with excellent customer service.
• Communicate effectively with customers via phone and email, in order to provide timely and accurate information.
• Retain customers and deescalate issues by identifying and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage finance contracts, by ensuring that all paperwork is completed correctly and submitted on time.
• Find upsell opportunities, by identifying potential additional products or services that customers may be interested in.
• Represent the brand to customers after a sale has been made, by ensuring that customers have a positive experience and are satisfied with their purchase.
