Data Entry & Operations Assistant

We currently have multiple positions available to join the Commercial Operations team. This role is responsible for undertaking the traffic processing functions for network stations.

While experience in a similar role or within a media environment would be beneficial, we are happy to train up a successful candidate with previous administration or data entry experience on our internal systems and processes. The role involves working with our sales and on-air teams to ensure our clients commercials air correctly – from booking to broadcast.

These positions can be based almost anywhere across Australia from Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, Adelaide & Queensland just to name a few!

About the role:

• Schedule commercial logs and integrate with playout system.
• Monitor played commercials against scheduled.
• Key Client commercial data into scheduling system.
• Generate and distribute s.
• Maintain excellent relationships with internal and external clients.

What you’ll have:

• Administrative / and or data entry experience with high accuracy.
• Keen eye for detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines while effectively manage constantly changing priorities.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Reliable and punctual.
