Armour Grade Contracting Services is Looking for Warehouse Associate Full Time

We’re seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with a proven track record in customer service to represent our products and services that our customers have grown to rely on.

The ideal candidate will also be a quick learner with strong communication skills.

Required Skills

• High attention to detail with good organization habits
• Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel data entry
• Knowledge of basic office software (i.e., Email, Word Processing, Google Drive)
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work well with others
• Promptness when working under a deadline for deliverables
• Physical qualities that enable you to perform warehouse-related work at a high level of competence and professionalism
• Awareness of Public Safety and Security measures in place to prevent injuries
• Valid Driver’s License

Relevant Experience

• Customer service or sales experience in a person-to-person or over the phone setting
• Data entry or administrative assistant experience
• Warehouse coordination and Inventory tracking
• Contracting in the construction industry

Job Duties

• Creating job estimates through direct communication with management either over the phone or in person
• Preparing materials budgets for each crew based on estimates converted into jobs
• Monitoring crew inventory balances in order to prepare weekly vendor orders and job materials needs
• Coordinating weekly materials transfers with each crew and processing materials returned to the warehouse
• Tracking job materials usage using online software and entering data into spreadsheets
• Organizing materials and tracking inventory balance in the warehouse
• Assisting in periodic inventory counts for the warehouse and each crew
• Assisting in coordinating logistics for the job schedule
• Load and unload materials
• Fill warehouse orders
• Label boxes to identify materials
• Dispose of leftover packing materials such as wooden crates, pallets, and cardboard

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $22.00-$32.00 per hour
