Our client located in Elgin, IL is looking for a Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join their team:

Description:

• Partner with key leaders and hiring managers for current and future staffing needs
• Lead the full life cycle recruitment process from intake to onboarding
• Facilitate a positive interview and candidate experience
• Develop recruitment dashboard and metrics
• Develop interview process and best practices
• Facilitate on boarding for new hires

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2+ years of related recruiting experience
