QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have or be eligible for Virginia licensure with Computer Science/Business IT endorsement.
• Dual endorsement in English as a Second Language and/or Special Education, or in any other content area, is preferred but not required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Implements instructional programs that meet the needs, interests and abilities of students using appropriate instructional materials

• Maintains safe and orderly environment

• Communicates with parents/guardians

• Maintains complete and accurate student records

• Collaborates with school administrators, other teachers, instructional assistants, parents, and community members

• Monitors and assesses student achievement

• Attends ongoing professional learning and meetings

EXPERIENCE:

• Teaching experience in Computer Science or related area

• Knowledge of best instructional practices

• Ability to integrate technology

• Experience in educational and instructional leadership

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,228.00 – $105,121.00 per year
