Talent Acquisition (TA) in Arla is responsible for recruitment, sourcing and selection, assessment for roles at all levels and functions. As a Talent Acquisition Partner you will work closely with colleagues in TA, with HRBP’s and with business stakeholders in order to map and build up an external talent

The Role

• Provide your stakeholders with expert technical recruitment advice with a consultative approach
• Seek out and attract the best candidates available in the market place using headhunting, executive search methods alongside traditional recruitment techniques such as Boolean searches, job boards, advertising
• Create recruitment campaigns including designing and facilitating assessment centres and competency interviews
• Raise the profile of the TA function within Arla foods, by role modelling the Arla values and behaviours
• Manage Stakeholders and vacancies at all your allocated Arla Dairies
• Manage Vacancy volumes which can fluctuate between 5 – 30 vacancies, stakeholder management, KPI’s and value added projects
• Identify and create potential projects that help to improve the TA functions capabilities both Internally and externally
