Senior Recruiter/Head of Talent Acquisition (Software and Services Industry)

We are pleased to offer an exciting opportunity to join our talent team as a Senior Recruiter/Head of Talent Acquisition. We are looking for an ambitious self-starter head of role to drive talent acquisitions across 5 of our companies having grown to 100 employees and pool of associates with plans to double that within the next 3 years.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an exceptional recruiter to deliver on talent acquisition acquisition goals, budget and operating plan. Delivering a full recruiting life cycle including CV sourcing headhunting and first interview and finally negotiating salary and offers with an assistant / CV sourcer.
You will be working with marketing team to come up with innovative candidate generation approaches and campaigns.

TO APPLY, WE NEED TO SEE THE FOLLOWING FROM YOU

EXPERIENCE

• 5 – 10 years fast career track record
• Experience in handling diverse roles with tight deadlines and challenging projects e.g., executive roles, tech roles, specialist rare skills roles, sales etc
• Experience with mass recruiting projects
• Experience using ATS
• Experience of working in-house as a sole partner or in a small talent team
• Experience with screening / first interview

JOB SPECIFICS

• We are offering a competitive package of £50,000, OTE £75,000 per annum
• The role will be mostly hybrid working and with 8 days a month working in our London office
