What is the Opportunity?

An exceptional opportunity now exists for an experienced and self-driven Accounts Receivable Officer to join our passionate, highly driven and successful Finance Team based in Canning Vale, Perth.

To become part of this high performing team and represent our prestigious brand, we are looking for that unique and dynamic individual, who has a desire to succeed, is self-motivated and driven.

Reporting to the Team Leader Accounts Receivable, you will have a proven track record of providing exceptional Customer Service both internally and externally

We are looking for a person who:

Has ideally you have been working in a similar role for at least 2 years’ and have experience in managing your own Accounts Receivable portfolio. You will be able to demonstrate proactive approach to tasks, be well organised and able to meet deadlines and a real desire to develop and grow alongside the company.

The skills you will need:

• Minimum of 2 years Credit experience in a credit function
• Experience with SAP accounting system would be an advantage
• NDIS claims exposure (Advantageous but not essential)
• Performance focused attitude
• An ability to work autonomously and as part of a team and to contribute to team success
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to communicate confidentially, professionally and effectively at all levels
• Strong time management and analytical skills
• Exceptional Attention to Detail
• Advanced administration skills and advanced proficiency Microsoft Office and working with reporting databases
• Energetic, highly motivated and results driven
• Previous experience in a medical/healthcare related industry would be advantageous
