We are growing again!

Busy infertility office in Scottsdale is seeking New Patient Coordinator for scheduling new patients, faxes, and following up on leads of patient insurance benefits.

Responsibilities will include: phone triage, Appointments for new patients, faxes, leads and facilitating excellent communication between front and back office teams. This position offers the opportunity to become part of a dynamic and exceptional team that is committed to making a difference in the lives of couples that are struggling with infertility. Previous experience in infertility/fertility/IVF or OB/GYN is highly preferred but not necessary. We are dedicated to successfully training the right individual for our team, but bringing the basic skill sets is a necessity.

Spanish Speaking Preferred, But Not Required.

Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities:

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
• Demonstrated understanding of medical billing and insurance industry
• Ability to think strategically and balance multiple tasks simultaneously
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
• Experience meeting documentation requirements in a regulated business environment
• Ability to work within a team effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Negotiable based on experience and abilities
