An Exciting Opportunity

We are looking for a strategic and passionate Director, People Operations & Talent. In this role, you will be instrumental in building, scaling and supporting our entire organization. You will help to foster an engaged company, bolster culture, and strategize creative ways to resolve challenges in a growing company, as well as build People Operations from the ground up.

As this is both a strategic and operational role, you will be in a critical position to develop business and people strategies to advance Arixa’s mission, principal and growth, helping to create the company’s culture, and own the full cycle of their people. To succeed in this role and grow with the organization, you have the ability to function in a fast-paced, service oriented environment, be comfortable balancing multiple priorities, be adept at implementing and using new technology and have a passion for building the infrastructure of a growing business.

Reporting to the Managing Director and CIO, you will serve as a critical member of the Management Team, advise our Executive Team and support our team of 35+ employees and growing. If you are ambitious and eager to make an impact, we would love to speak to you!

• Dynamic talent acquisition
• Development and maintenance of a competitive total compensation
• Carrier development & retention
• Performance management
• Implementation of a new HRIS platform – Rippling
• Integration and collaboration with our new ASO partner

To be successful in this role you will bring:

• Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree in related field preferred

• 8 to 10 years of Human Resource experience including the creation of a People Operations Department

• PHR or SPHR preferred

• Strong talent acquisition experience

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong collaborative skills

• Excellent people judgment

• Hands-on with the ability to be flexible and adaptable

Location/Salary/Benefits:

• This position is located in our Los Angeles/Westwood office

• Salary is based on experience. Starting at $150,000
