Provide analysis to key compensation projects such as salary planning, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning and Group equity programs to sustain company’s ability to hire & retain best talent and also other reward programs like recognition, benefits etc.
Liaise with Senior Compensation Manager for design of operating business / country specific competitive compensation structures considering business priorities, market practices, local regulations
Contribute to successful planning and execution of regular compensation cycles
Support Senior Director Total Rewards on building Pixel United’s People & Culture strategy dashboards, scorecards
Work with Talent Acquisition and Employee Experience teams on people analytics and executive reporting
What we’re looking for
Required Experience:
Experience in compensation analysis at international level
Previous experience in digital or technology sectors highly preferred.
Technical expertise on total rewards modelling and analytics
Advanced Excel skills and solid analytical, problem-solving, and modelling skills
Personal Attributes and Traits:
Well organized, delivery focused and detail oriented, with a strong work ethic, effective organizational and analytical and documentation skills.
Good communication and influencing skills with demonstrated ability to build relationships and create significant credibility with business leaders
Advanced ability to perceive and analyze problems and develop alternative strategies to solve them
Ability to function well in a global, diverse and fast paced environment, across multiple time zones.
