Well established Pest Control company, small, fun non-corporate type environment, immediate opening for an office assistant.

Hours 8-2 pm starting (with more hours available if wanted). Location Hollywood FL

Must have outgoing personality, great people skills, be well spoken / good communication skills. Clear speaking voice for moderate phone volume.

Must have basic organization skills and follow up on tasks. Applicant must have basic to moderate knowledge of Microsoft office suite.

Type at least 30 wpm. Good customer service skills.

Duties include : Data entry, phone calls / emails, customer service, scheduling using google calendar and software input (we will train), some filing, office inventory and other basic office work.
