Position Title: HR Business Partner
Reports to: Human Resources Manager
Responsibilities & Duties:
Proactively work with Argus management and employees to build a world-class culture and improve employee engagement, work relationships and increase retention.
Champion “best-in-class” talent management strategies that align with our core values of collaboration, accountability, respect, and engagement.
Working with the HR and leadership teams, implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy and HR philosophy.
Work closely with the Argus GM and local leadership team to develop and execute strategies for the business and team to help us achieve our people and business objectives.
Lead managers in the performance review process and provide guidance regarding employee development.
Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to Managers (e.g. Coaching, Career Development, Disciplinary Actions).
Provide guidance to senior management on the application of company policies, procedures and applicable HR tools.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the HR team to develop solutions where needed.
Ensure compliance with relevant HR legislation as well as corporate and regulatory requirements.Work with the leadership team to support employee development and create training initiatives.
Provide advice to senior management on the creation and application of company policies and procedures.
Other duties as assigned.

Education & Must Have:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Proven experience as an HR Generalist/Business Partner.
Experience with payroll, compensation and salary administration, recruitment, employee relations, employee development, training, and employee communications.
NICE TO HAVE:
Experience with HRIS systems, specifically Dayforce.
Experience in high technology and/or manufacturing environment.
