Argee Recruit Looking for Pre-Construction Manager at Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire Full Time

Pre-Construction Planner. Welwyn Garden City. Ideally, someone who is currently in a planning role or has good Groundworks / RC experience on site. An experienced Engineer Senior engineer who is looking to make the move into pre-construction, someone who has a good understanding of the way a frame is built.

Pre-Construction Planner overview:

• Preconstruction planner for Civils, Ground Works & RC Frames
• Producing programmes in ASTA Power Project for live Tenders. (ASTA training will be provided)
• Working within a preconstruction team & with potential clients to produce site logistics, delivery programmes, site mark ups etc
• Liaising with clients, attending mid & post tender meetings/presentations
• Producing histograms which includes labour, weekly crane outputs, M2 outputs, delivery logs etc

Respected RC frame company with a strong presence in London and the south-east turning over in excess of £75m on multiple high-rise projects.

Terms:

• Based in Head Office full time, Monday to Friday
• Salary £55k to £75k depending on experience
