The Talent Manager will lead and direct functions of the Talent Team (Human Resources) serving as the main point of contact for the company’s growing workforce of 70+ staff members, including both project and administrative staff.
The successful candidate must be enthusiastic about the company’s business expansion goals, enjoy leading a team of high-performing professionals, and believe in the latest innovation in talent management and human resources.
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Talent Manager is a full-time position, which is responsible for the hands-on management and development of AA’s Talent Team placing the highest priority on serving the job-related needs of each AA staff member and future talent. This position includes the full spectrum of human resource functions, including: program management, employee communications, recruiting, onboarding/offboarding, employee communications, payroll, benefits, employee records, training and issues management.

The Talent Manager will lead the Talent Team, which is a core functional team of the company. The Talent Team is currently comprised of three staff members, including mid-level and junior-level professionals. The Talent Manager will directly to the company’s Principal/Owner and serve as a member of the Leadership Team.
