The Role: Head of Sales and Strategy, OneNative Studio.
OneNative Studio is an 8-year-old venture offering 360-degree content marketing solutions to brands. Our offerings include Podcasts, Branded Content Solutions, Social Media Management, Influencer Management & beyond. As a member of the prestigious Native Advertising Institute (Denmark), ONS is part of an exclusive group of some of the best content studios globally.
Our IPs include The Simple Hai Show, a podcast headlined by Sr. Journalist Vivek Law & The Reelstars – a platform profiling the growing community of creators in India.
Our clients include leading Indian & global brands like Edelweiss MF, IBM, Axis MF, SBI, Ugro, RPG Group, Kia Motors, The Hindu as well as emerging D2C brands like Timb.
Our Sister Company CereOne Media represents some of the leading global media brands like Yahoo DSP, FreeWheel, Vistar Media & WeTransfer in India. This gives us a unique edge of offering content & discovery solutions to our clients (media beyond YT & Meta)
What Will The Role Entail:
This is not your average sales job. This is content-led consultative selling meets relationship management at its best.
You Will
Work closely with the Founder – Aparna Joshi in charting out the growth strategy for ONS & building the business
Own the P&L for ONS by growing existing relationships, cross-selling & opening new opportunities
Deal with some of the biggest names in the BFSI, D2C, Music, Entertainment & other verticals in pitching creative content solutions (decks will be your second language)
Own client relationships end-to-end from idea to execution
Work closely with our content, sales & production teams
Thinking on your feet. Hustling on the go.
On a daily basis, you will manage –
Content Ecosystem- Manage the entire content ecosystem of OneNative Studio Pvt Ltd
Revenue Generation & Strategy- Execute high level sales strategies to meet annual revenue targets.
P&L Ownership: Take full accountability for the department’s Profit & Loss (P&L), managing budgets project wise and optimizing resource allocation to ensure high margins.
Branded Content Development: Define brand messaging, tone, and voice guidelines to ensure consistent storytelling across all assets.
Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze KPIs—such as traffic, conversion rates, and ROI—to refine strategies and prove value to leadership.
Basically, being the first and last call for your client & the bridge between our clients & our team
Who You Are:
A go-getter with 8 + years in content sales, brand solutions, or client servicing having experience of developing & managing high value relationships
Obsessed with brands, content, campaigns & conversions
Self-motivated, highly organized, allergic to mediocrity
Comfortable being uncomfortable (things move fast here)
A person with a creative brain and a business heart
Bonus Points If:
You’ve worked in a Digital Publication in a similar role / startup / agency / content-first environment
Compensation Structure: Will be a mix of a fixed component & Revenue Share.
