International Education Project Manager

ACES INTERNATIONALworks to develop high quality education projects both overseas and domestically. This work entails international collaboration; hosting dignitaries; intercultural exchange for schools; international teaching and learning; program venture and development; and overseas project management. This work requires consistent and effective communication and international relations in coordination with international, national, and regional stakeholders.

The Project Manager will:

• Assist in the administrative management and growth of ongoing projects and new ventures that generate productivity;
• Assist in daily office operations and functions of the ACES International Team
• Manage global and domestic relations in daily contact to ensure that quality communications are maintained effectively and at acceptable levels;
• Leverage technical, human, and logistical problem-solving to resolve quality issues;
• Work with all stakeholders to address personnel needs and team development;
• Manage relations with vendors, contractors, or service providers for our growth model;
• Coordinate travel or schedule travel planning as required by project needs;
• Conduct research and investigation to obtain accurate information;
• Compile data and information for presentations and promotional outreach;
• Coordinate with international and domestic vendors and/or partners to sustain effective collaboration and manage contractual obligations.

Essential Skills:

· Comprehensive Fluency in Mandarin and English Language and Writing (No exceptions);

· Designing academic and student programs on international scales.

· Ability to work effectively in intercultural situations and in dynamic, fast-paced

· atmosphere in which expectations are high and require rapid response.

· Ability to analyze and summarize information and make appropriate recommendations

· for program revisions in the context of institutional and programmatic goals.

· Must be able to handle multiple and complex responsibilities.

· Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

· Proven ability to work effectively and cooperatively with all stakeholders of learning

· communities including students, faculty, staff, and parents.

· Strong willingness to train, learn, and grow in both fields of international education
