ARDX Hiring for Contract Recruiter (Part-Time) Job at Remote Full Time

ARDX is currently seeking a contract recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruiting activities in the areas of healthcare policy and healthcare IT/security. This is a fully remote position supporting recruiting efforts as needed.
Responsibilities

• Source/recruit for contingent and funded positions
• Lead Talent Acquisition meetings stakeholders to provide updates on positions, candidates, barriers, etc.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs in a dynamic environment

• Drive and execute full lifecycle recruiting to include developing recruiting and sourcing strategies, creating and posting marketing material, creating requisitions, sourcing, pre-screening, interviewing, vetting, presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers, scheduling interviews, conducting salary negotiations, extending offers, etc.
• Responsible for developing, recommending, and executing recruitment strategy with decision-makers to ensure a successful candidate search within the identified time frames
• Build relationships and communicate consistently and proactively throughout the recruitment process to ensure all participants in the hiring process are updated and well informed
• Use proactive methods to network with industry experts and professional industry-related associations to build ongoing passive candidate networks

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years solid recruitment experience, required
• Advanced use of staffing tools such as applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media (CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
• High level of understanding of HR concepts, policies and procedures – EEO laws and others related to recruitment
• Experience with a variety of sourcing techniques and strategies
