Ardeo Education Solutions is seeking an experienced Director, Client Service with prior experience in traditional undergraduate enrollment at a 4-year higher education institution. You will work alongside an Account Executive (AE) to add new clients, retain existing clients, and help partner institutions with the successful implementation of Loan Repayment Assistance Program (LRAP) strategies. The role includes both Account Coordination and Account Management responsibilities and travel 30-50% of the time.
Preferred location is Lisle, IL with a hybrid work schedule; full-time remote location may be considered for highly qualified candidate in a state where Ardeo is registered as an employer: Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, Minnesota, North Carolina, Texas, Tennessee, and Virginia.

Key Areas of Responsibilities
The Director of Client Service works alongside the Account Executive (AE) to add new clients, retain existing clients, and in helping partner institutions with the successful implementation of LRAP strategies to enroll and retain students. This position is a hands-on role in supporting clients to maximize the impact that Ardeo Education Solution’s LRAPs have in helping them achieve their institutional goals. It includes both Account Coordination and Account Management responsibilities, with the level and balance of each varying depending on assigned territory needs and staffing levels. The Director will serve as primary account manager for an assigned group of approximately 10-20 accounts, on top of general support across all accounts overseen by the AE.
Account Management support for assigned AE/territory:
· Assist the Account Executive in training, empowering and equipping enrollment teams with Ardeo best practices to enable growth at their respective institutions
· Serve as primary account manager and point of contact for an assigned group of approximately 10-20 accounts; provides general account management support across all accounts within the AE’s territory
· Travels to client locations, student events, and conferences; approximately 30-50% of the time, based on seasonal needs
· Plan for and conduct new client implementation process to ensure a smooth and successful LRAP inception
· Develop and deliver training on client admissions, financial aid and student success staff on implementation of LRAP
· Assist AE in efforts to retain and grow Client relationships by seeking opportunities to expand product and service offerings across their organization
· Plan and manage client events and support clients at on-campus prospective student events
· Knows, understands and influences the EV goal and outcome
· Leverage knowledge of enrollment and lead client LRAP strategy discussion with support of AE
· May be required to occasionally interface with Cabinet level officers on campus
Account Coordination support for assigned AE/territory:
· Manage administrative tasks and provides customer service to support clients
· Coordinate client and prospect visits
· Organize sales pitch opportunities from scheduling through follow-up
· Manage various internal tracking metrics
· Edit templated materials with more advanced customizations for clients based on research and client knowledge (both presentations and training)
· Execute regular operational client communication
· Implement gifting and other client service initiatives as assigned
· Update account team’s contacts in SalesForce, and enter notes to track prospect/client activity
· Willing and able to travel as needed, for student events, client/prospect meetings, and Ardeo conferences
· Assist with on-campus student events for clients; may also lead student event planning and hosting for assigned accounts
· Assist with delivery of presentations and training to current and prospective clients
· Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) within Ardeo regarding client support needs and processes
· Partner with other Ardeo team members to create and improve cross-functional processes that all enable sales & service delivery
Position Requirements
· Bachelor’s Degree
· Ability to travel 30-50% of the time, within the continental U.S.
· 3+ years Customer Service experience
· 4+ years in enrollment/admissions OR 6 years of Ardeo CSS experience (or a combination of both)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Comfortable, credible and persuasive in communicating to all audiences, large and small, from presidents to front line staff
· High level of professionalism, self-motivated
· Team-player
· Great at problem solving, planning and organizing
· Flexibility, adaptability, and dependability
Preferred
· Experience with Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management database (CRM)
