Arden White Limited Looking for Telecoms Supervisor at London Full Time

Telecoms Supervisor – FTTH – Greater London

We are currently looking for an experienced Telecoms Supervisor who has a solid background on FTTH projects to join one of our clients who are leading the way in the UK on telecoms infrastructure projects.

What you will do

• Manage civils, cabling and blockages subcontractors on site for FTTH Fibre installations
• Maintain productivity objectives
• Run full H&S audits on site
• Conduct toolbox talks
• Capture and document all changes to design
• Co-ordinate, capture and present the financial sign-off for the completed works by the Sub-contractor to the Build Manager and QS
• Update daily and weekly reports

What you will need:

• Technical understanding of fibre optic networks – O/H and U/G FTTh infrastructure
• Experience with FTTh network deployment using the BT Openreach PIA
• Working knowledge of Straight-Line Diagrams and Fibre Allocation Sheets
• Working knowledge of Test Rod and Rope Schedules
• An understanding of OTDR test results
• Proven industry experience and / or 3rd Level degree with focus on engineering
• Full clean driving licence
• CSCS card holder
• NRSWA Supervisor accreditation (Unit 10)
