The Opportunity: We’re growing fast and so we are looking for an internal talent partner to join the team who can make an immediate impact hiring across the business and also owning and delivering on key TA projects that we are launching over the next 6 months. The role will require you to partner with your stakeholders, identify innovative solutions to how we recruit and identify talent, and embed our ways of working. On top of the day to day, we need you to be comfortable working on key TA initiatives around our careers website, EVP, onboarding and also ideally have experience delivering hiring manager training across a business. You will work on some academic and some non-academic roles in this vacancy.

The Person: We’re an ambitious University and we set this function up from scratch 18 months ago so we are still fine-tuning some of the processes. We really need a strong internal recruiter/talent partner to join the team to help us deliver as we hire across the UK and Germany. You will be able to demonstrate a sound understanding of current and innovative ways to recruit and above all be able to help us achieve employer of choice status.
