Arden University Hiring for People Services Coordinator (Human Resources) at Coventry Full Time

Based in our Coventry Head Office with some agile working available.

The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced HR Coordinator to join our People Services Team, to provide a wide range of administrative support for all activities around the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition onwards. You will be a first point of contact for general queries, and will ensure that managers follow HR policies and procedures. You will also have the opportunity to support People Business Partners with project work.

About You: You will need to bring a range of People Services/HR experience with you to ensure that we provide a first-class service to our colleagues across the globe. We are a growing University so we are looking for someone who is a self-starter, process innovator, and above all has high levels of attention to detail.

You will have excellent customer care skills with a passion for providing high levels of customer service, and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. You will need to embrace new technology, and be confident using a range of different platforms. A CIPD qualification would be an advantage.
