Arden University Hiring for Human Resources Coordinator at Coventry Full Time

The Opportunity:

We are currently looking for an HR Coordinator to join our People Team who look after all things related to the employee life cycle.

We are looking for an experienced generalist HR Coordinator to provide a wide range of administrative support. You will be a first point of contact for queries, and will ensure that managers follow HR policies and procedures. You will also have the opportunity to support our Business Partners with project work.

About You:
You will need to have experience of providing first line advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high degree of accuracy. You will have excellent customer care skills with a passion for providing high levels of customer service, and have a proactive approach whilst being happy working on your own initiative. You will need to embrace new technology, and be confident using a range of different platforms. A CIPD qualification would be an advantage.
