Role: Admissions Officer x 2
Salary: £21,000 – £24,000
Based in our Coventry/Warwick Head Office

The Opportunity

You will work as part of our Admissions team, sending offer letters and student information packs to UK & international students and student applicants recruiting to our academic partners who are looking to start a course with Arden University. Your role will involve assessing and making decisions on applications and qualifications in line with Arden universities entry requirements and admissions policies. You will produce all offer letters utilising the CRM system and ensuring the correct information is sent to the correct applicant. Our admissions team is growing, so you will have the opportunity to develop and progress as your knowledge increases.

About You

You will be a detail orientated person, with the ability to quickly check accuracy of student applications noticing discrepancies in detail. Experience of working in a Higher Education setting, along with an understanding of UKVI regulations would be desirable, however this is not essential. Ultimately if you have strong organisational skills, a passion for higher education and working with potential students, the ability to pick up new systems and processes quickly, and you are comfortable working in a fast paced environment, you will thrive in our admissions team.
