You will be a people orientated person driven to provide excellent customer service. You will be working as part of the wider Employee Services Team, but you must also be self-driven to meet deadlines through independent tasks. Recruitment is a fast-paced environment so organisational skills are a must.
The Apprenticeship will include studying for the Level 3 CIPD qualification and the successful candidate would need to be highly committed to study whilst working, as required, to complete the apprenticeship.
This apprenticeship is ideally suited for school leavers interested in joining the NHS or People Profession. We are looking to develop the successful candidate, providing the training and support required to achieve your best.
Please note that applicants that have already completed the Level 3 CIPD qualification are not eligible to apply for this role.
