Arden and GEM Commissioning Support Unit Hiring for Finance Analyst Job at Leicester, England Full Time

Responsible for the provision of a high quality bespoke accounting and analytical service across a range of external customers ensuring full compliance with financial best practice and SFI’s. Providing expert analytical support to the customers, conducting often complex analysis to support them towards actions that reflect sound financial prudence, developing a detailed knowledge of customer challenges how to interpret these to the benefit of the customer.

Working closely with the Arden & GEM Finance and NHSE/I teams to support customer Business Cases, analysis of spend including QIPP/CIP and ad hoc Project support. The post holder will be an integral part of the Arden & GEM Health Care Solutions team.

A key responsibility of the role is work for the customers defined by them in their scoping meetings. This work can range in complexity and topic so will require a flexible individual to learn the customer needs. This role will be part of the Health Care Solutions team so liaising with current and potential customers to identify and develop new business will be part of the role. To provide cover for colleagues during periods of absences to ensure the service operates efficiently and seamlessly.
