We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor, to join us on a fixed term contract basis and can offer hybrid working.
About the Job:
You’ll be the first point of contact for all Employee Relation cases, therefore knowledge on Employee Relations is a must, to enable you to support the Operational side of the business. You’ll be advising on investigations, performance management, absence management, as well as managing disciplinary and grievance cases.
You’ll be detail-orientated, articulate, confident, diplomatic, and resilient, with exceptional interpersonal skills to succeed in this role. You’ll have the ability to work collaboratively with the wider HR team and your allocated business areas. Whilst it can be demanding at times, you’ll be able to deal with the pressure and any challenge with ease. You’ll be forward thinking in terms of HR and Systems and able to, keep up with pace and change.
To be successful you will have::
You’ll currently be working within a similar multi-site business as a trusted HR Advisor. You’ll have ample knowledge within Generalist HR and Employee Relations issues. Along with the ability to interpret and provide reporting to your stakeholders.

You will also have:
Membership of CIPD or demonstrable HR experience.
Previous experience in developing relationships with senior stakeholders.
Relevant experience within a multi-site organisation.
An affirmed understanding regarding CIPD best practice and common UK employment law.

Salary: c£38k (depending on experience)
Car allowance: £3,596 (Full UK driving licence and car is essential)
up to 4% bonus scheme, subject to achievement of targets.
25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays.
