Arctic Office Products Hiring for Accounting Department Team Member Job at Anchorage, AK Full Time

Immediate opening for an experienced, full-time team member to compliment and complete our accounting department.

We are looking for candidates that are confident, curious and have problem solving skills. Driven to learn, work independently and within a group. Communicate professionally and courteously with the desire to solve the occasional mystery.

BASICS:

· Experience in general office and accounting procedures

· Experience using Microsoft Office creating and maintaining excel spreadsheet reports

· A/R & A/P knowledge; coding incoming vendor invoices, processing payments and posting to customer accounts.

· Strong customer service skills

· Detail oriented, organized be able to successfully multitask and be responsible with their time.

HOURS:

· Monday – Friday 8-5, 1-hour lunch

WAGE& BENEFITS:

· Starting wage $22-$25 hour, 401K, optional health insurance, Annual wage review, Paid Vacations and holidays, direct deposit payroll option.
