As Practice Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the clinic, as well as maintaining relationships with our patients. You will also help to coordinate care, manage staff, and ensure that the clinic is compliant with applicable laws and regulations. This position covers many of the administrative and oversight duties related to the daily operations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includes the following but are not limited to:
☆ Provides Supervision/Support to Front Office staff
☆ Verifies and ensures timecards are complete and submitted to payroll
☆ Reviews insurance benefits
☆ Staff Schedules: developing weekly & monthly schedules including coverage for vacation time
☆ Coordinates onboarding and orientation of new employees
☆ Staff Training: making sure the staff are completely trained in their position
☆ Schedule & run staff meetings
☆ General administrative duties
☆ Management-specific behavior and demeanor
☆ Staff Firing: eliminating staff that do not benefit the company
☆ Staff Hiring: hiring the right people for the right position
☆ Standard Operating Procedures: maintaining and updating Standard Operating procedures to facilitate training of current and future employees.
☆ Income planning: projections of profit and costs, bank deposits, auto debit management
☆ Management of patient manager, billing manager and to Owners
☆ Communication: written and oral communication with Owners and Employees
☆ Multitasking: able to complete important tasks in a timely manner
☆ Facility Maintenance: makings sure the appropriate companies are maintaining the appearance and operation of our practice.
☆ Patient/Employee Concern: handling concerns or upsets in a timely, professional manner
☆ Practice growth: this practice continues to grow every year
☆Display leadership qualities and behaviors as outlined, but not limited to: Pleasant even disposition, Address and triage complaints in a positive and professional manner, Represent Staff in a positive light at all times, Handle personnel matters, Maintain clear lines of responsibility with others.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
Must be able to effectively communicate with doctors, staff, patients, billing, and other providers with a professional demeanor. Demonstrate a positive attitude at all times.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Must be able to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods. Must have the dexterity to operate a computer keyboard and basic office equipment. Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds. Patient care will be part of the job functions.

》Housing is available. Housing cost could be taken out of monthly pay, if utilized. Housing is located within walking distance from the clinic. It is a nice and clean, furnished 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condo, 1000 sq ft. condo
