ARCS Director of Marketing  

About the opportunity: 

This is an exciting opportunity to lead the busy Marketing and Memberships team with ARCS Australia, a not-for-profit organisation. This position will drive the delivery of marketing, communications, lead gen for driving membership and events. This position would suit someone with a few years experience working with non-profits or membership driven companies. Must have a good understanding of digital marketing and lead gen tactics. 

Responsibilities:  

• Manage the Marketing and Memberships team 
• Creating content for social media, website, newsletters, and email campaigns 
• Create and deliver timely high-quality marketing materials/content. 
• Monitor and on campaign results 
• Assist with enhancing brand visibility and engagement through the creation and execution of impactful campaigns. 
• Conceptualise and execute multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels. 
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics ing across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies. 
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration. 

About you:  

• Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, graphic design or similar highly regarded. 
• 4-5 years previous experience working in a similar role or organisation in a marketing, sales or digital e-com. 
• Solid understanding of lead gen and selling membership 
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 
• Solid technical skills, knowledge HubSpot highly regarded. 
• Strong organisational skills and an eye for detail 
• Ability to meet deadlines. 
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels – Google, LinkedIn, GA, content amplification.
