Arcosa seeks a Talent Development Manager to support the company’s strategy of enhancing the continued growth and development of the employees and culture. This is an opportunity for a nimble and adaptive individual to impact and help shape a successful, growing organization. As a part of the Corporate HR Team, this Manager will support and contribute to the delivery of enterprise-wide HR initiatives including administration of various corporate-led programs.

What you’ll do:

• Manage administration of our training and development offerings within our LMS platform (UKG Learn); tracking completions, loading content, reporting, etc.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships across the organization to identify and respond to business/employee development needs with proactive ideas and solutions
• Assist in implementing training and development programs to retain, inspire and grow employees at all levels
• Maintain the library of talent profiles for high growth employees
• Manage the administration of employee assessments partnering with external vendors
• Assist with strategic projects and special initiatives such as Diversity and Inclusion

What you’ll need:

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a Talent Development or related role
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, organization design/development, or related
• Excellent project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to remain flexible in the face of changing market forces and organizational priorities
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required
• Strong communication skills required (verbal and written); strong presentation skills
• Experience using an LMS platform such as UKG Learn
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
• Ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse cultures, interpersonal styles, abilities, motivations, or backgrounds
